The Beach Party

Is the end of year event for Newcastle University where we dump 120 tonnes of sand to convert a carpark into the best concert venue in town. A massive line-up performs across 3 stages but it's not just the awesome acts that keep the crowd entertained. There's the infamous Lost Thong scavenger hunt where we give away 100 prizes (including 7 nights at the Contiki Resort Bali in 2007) and more fun and games supplied by our generous sponsors.

In 2008 the Beach will be back bigger and better than ever. Mark down November 29 in your diaries and get ready to hit the sand!
